While Josie is at ACF (adaptive climbing festival), CJ is trying recipes at home. Today a fillet of salmon, cooked simply with salt and pepper. Then made a sauce with shallots, garlic (3 cloves, need more), sake, butter, and miso. On the side we did rice, cucumber, soy glazed bok Choi and some bell peppers. Kimchi would have been good but I forgot
